If my plant arrived in bad condition, what should I do?

We guarantee our plants will arrive in good condition. If they don’t, we’ll replace them for free. Minor signs of transit stress are normal, but if your plant is significantly damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Check our refund and replacement policy.

Do I have to repot my plants once I receive them?

No, you don’t need to repot your plants immediately. Give them a couple of weeks to adjust to their new environment. Repotting right away can stress the plants after their journey. Once your plant has acclimated to your home's light and temperature, you may consider repotting, but it's optional. If your plant looks happy and has room to grow in its nursery pot, no action is needed.
