Product Returns and Exchanges Policy
To return a product, kindly contact us at our email plantzone888@gmail.com. Adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a prompt and efficient return process.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- Inspect the parcel thoroughly and capture any suspicious issues in a video, showing all sides and corners of the packaging.
- Make sure the shipping label on the packaging is clearly visible and legible.
- Document any defects in the plants with a clear front-view photo or video.
- The video should be continuous and not paused at any point during the opening process.
In the case your received plants/items were damaged or affected at the time of arrival, we will initiate a return or exchange. Simply send us an email to plantzone888@gmail.com with evidence of the issue and we’ll process the return accordingly.
Please note, we do not allow cancellations or exchanges due to a change of heart or preference regarding the color or type of plant you received. Relocating plants once they’ve left our zone poses a challenge. As such, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
